A lifelong West Virginian, Robert “Bob” Orndorff brings decades of experience shaping energy policy and advising multiple state governors on strategies to strengthen West Virginia’s role as a national energy leader. With a career rooted in fossil fuel development and infrastructure planning, Bob has been a trusted voice in advancing policies that support jobs, protect communities, and modernize West Virginia’s energy future.
Bob has also been deeply engaged in the state’s civic and business communities. He has served on the boards of Philanthropy West Virginia, the West Virginia Chamber of Commerce, multiple local chambers, and the Allohak Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He is also a past president of the West Virginia Oil and Natural Gas Association, reflecting his long-standing commitment to responsible energy development.
