Craig Blair
Executive Director, West Virginians for Reliable & Affordable Energy
“West Virginians have powered this nation for generations. By modernizing our grid and protecting our energy independence, we can bring jobs back to America, keep electricity affordable, and ensure West Virginia citizens stay in control of our energy future.”
Born and raised in Martinsburg, West Virginia, Craig Blair has dedicated his career to fighting for West Virginia families and businesses. As Executive Director of West Virginians for Reliable & Affordable Energy and former President of the West Virginia Senate, Craig has been a leading advocate for modernizing our electric grid, strengthening energy infrastructure, and keeping electricity affordable and reliable for West Virginians.
Craig has long championed an all-of-the-above energy approach, protecting West Virginia’s coal and natural gas legacy. Under his leadership in the legislature, West Virginia attracted major investments in energy and infrastructure projects while defending property rights and fighting burdensome federal overreach.
At West Virginians for Reliable & Affordable Energy, Craig continues his mission to ensure West Virginians remain in control of our energy future, advocating for common-sense policies that modernize the grid, lower costs, and secure good-paying local jobs, while preserving West Virginia’s proud role as a leader in powering America.
Note: Craig also serves as Executive Director of our national organization, Americans for Reliable & Affordable Energy.
